Summer is almost here and that means it’s time to shed that dreaded winter weight. McKenna’s Performance Training is offering an Adult Fitness Boot Camp that runs on Mondays and Wednesdays from 6 to 7 a.m., for five weeks beginning the week of June 4th. That’s 10 sessions for less than $8 each!
The Camp is a great way to jump start your morning and feel good all day long. In the one hour session, McKenna's experts provide a mix of training techniques that incorporate cardio, functional strength training, core training and flexibility. You'll receive an all-around fitness experience that leads you to your personal fitness goals. McKenna’s Performance Training (MPT) is a sports performance training and general personal training business located in the Route 1 SportsPlex in Danvers, Massachusetts. Chris McKenna, owner and director of Sports Performance Training, has over 10 years of experience in the health and fitness industry, having worked as an athletic trainer and strength coach in professional sports, in addition to personal training. Al Silva, director of Personal Training, has over eight years of experience as a personal trainer in the North Shore area.
